Natural High Fitness Club (NHFC) is a private fitness club, established in 2004, with fantastic views of Newburyport, the Merrimack River, and out to the Atlantic Ocean.

We are conveniently located high atop Mill #4 at the Tannery, 50 Water Street, in beautiful downtown Newburyport.

Personal Trainers with multiple certifications, along with Group Exercise Instructors provide focused, fun, and efficient health and fitness programs to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
