About Us
The concept of Brown Sugar by the Sea will be unique to the area: a contemporary, creative, healthy take on traditional South East Asian – with an emphasis on Thai – cuisine. The restaurant will seek to combine the complex and multi-layered flavors found in Thai food with the freshness of locally grown and sourced ingredients. Our menu is built around what’s in peak season and we seek out the region’s best growers and producers.
