From Dad Bod to Rad Bod! Rad Dad Fitness is a place where Dads can come for workouts, fitness guidance, science-based nutrition, and all the good stuff that comes along with a great program! I'm just a dad trying to stay fit (who happens to be a personal trainer), so I can continue to grow and play with my children.

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and frequently fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your family's lifestyle. I know that in the process of becoming a family man, you have struggled to make fitness a priority. I've been there, and I am here to help! I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle for yourself and your family.
